Terms of Service and Disclaimer

Please read this. SumnuIQ is not a certified IQ test. Results are not a psychological, medical, educational, financial, or employment assessment. They are for entertainment and personal self-insight only. They have not been validated by a professional body. Do not use them for clinical, academic, hiring, or investment decisions.

1. Nature of the service

SumnuIQ provides entertainment quizzes and written guides about those quizzes. The guides describe how the current tests are scored. They are not scientific instruments, clinical tools, or certified measures of intelligence, health, leadership, or financial skill.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this platform is medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Level names such as “Medical Expert” or “Financial Genius” are nicknames for score bands. They are not licenses. If you need advice about health, money, or work, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Who publishes the site

The site is published by Eric Lewis under the Sumnu name. Questions about these terms go to sales@sumnubooks.com.

4. Age

You must be 13 or older to use SumnuIQ. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian.

5. Leaderboard and sharing

Leaderboard names are optional. The board shows a sample list plus scores from the current browser session. It is not a worldwide ranking. Anonymous and flagged sessions are not added. Do not present a share card as a certified score. You may ask us to drop a name you submitted by emailing sales@sumnubooks.com.

6. Fair use of the tests

Do not cheat, automate, or abuse the scoring in order to fake a leaderboard entry. Sessions that switch away from the test tab repeatedly may be flagged and excluded. We may remove entries that are clearly fraudulent.

7. Guides and changes

Written pages can change when we correct an error or when the quiz changes. The updates log records material edits. The methodology page is the description to rely on if older sentences disagree with it.

8. Limitation of liability

SumnuIQ is provided “as is,” without a warranty of fitness for any particular decision. We are not liable for decisions you or anyone else make based on a score, a badge, or a guide.
